By entering and ordering from MasterDistro.com you agree to our Terms of Service as laid out below. You also state and agree to the following: That you are 18 years of age or older. That any item bought on this site are legal to sell and / or purchase in your local city and state. You agree to resell any products we offer for their intended purposes only, you must follow the instruction, and warnings. You waive without exception your right to hold Master Distributors Corp (MasterDistro.com) liable in any way for the misuse of any product we offer. We do not sell illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia and none of the products sold on this site are intended to be used as or alongside illegal drugs.
PRODUCTS WE OFFER FOR SALE:
Master Distributors cannot accept liability for the purchase of items that have been indicated as a "not for sale region/country". In doing so, the purchaser accepts all liability for any action that may be taken by the country of their residence for the import of any of the products listed on this web site.
IF The Seller does NOT supply instructions of proper use of any product provided, we do not have them. If you (the Buyer) have any medical concerns or questions regarding the use of herbs, or herbal blends, offered on this site please consult with a physician.
Buyer agrees to take full responsibility and liability for any purchases made from Seller. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its suppliers, employees, owners and agents for and against any and all losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which may result from the unsafe, improper or illegal use, or an unintended use of any product provided by Seller.
Buyer understands that Sellers offer of any product is void where prohibited, and that it is Buyers own responsibility to check and abide by local, state/ province and government laws and regulations in accordance with the use of any product provided by MasterDistro.com.
Buyer agrees to make no attempt to hold Seller liable for anything that may happen to a delivery while enroute, and Buyer understands that since Seller cannot know of all laws for all countries, it is entirely Buyers responsibility to make certain that the products ordered are allowed in Buyers country of residence.
All products sold on MasterDistro.com are sold and intended for use by individuals 18 years or older. Buyers must be at least 18 years of age and understands that by submitting an order to the seller via the electronic processes here-in, Buyer states they are at least 18 years of age. (We do not sell SALVIA, HERBAL INCENSE, OR ANY SYNTHETIC DRUGS)
PAYMENT:
Payment by Credit Card: Currently we are NOT accepting any credit cards.
Fraudulent orders include, but are not limited to, orders placed using a credit card that is not yours or one which you do not have permission to use. The use of a parents or legal guardian's credit card by a minor without the consent of the parent or legal guardian is a crime. It is classified as a felony.
Payment by Check: We deposit all the checks same day they are received, the checks are are disposed off after 2 days and we recommend you to do the same. We require the checks with same company name as you have registered with. If the check is returned for any reason, there is a charge of $35.00. if the check is stopped for payment after you have received the merchandise in full, it is considered as a fraud.
All such orders will be prosecuted by the seller to the fullest extent of the law. All financial responsibility including, but not limited to, attorney fees, court fees, fines and/or any other applicable fees shall be the full responsibility of the fraudulent party.
